Quality policy & order follow-up policy:

-         Company has the own quality control team  who are use to visit concerned manufacturing unit while running the production. Quality controllers are use to follow buyer’s AQL requirement properly at the time of comparing the bulk production along with final approved sample (Approved by buyer). Normally we are use to follow AQL 2.5 but it may depends on buyer’s requirement sometime. Manufacturing units are use to start production for 100 pcs of any order at the initial stage. If Quality controllers are satisfied to see the initial production then factory goes for bulk production only. Our company or buyer’s representative can do final inspection.

-         Company has the strong fabric / yarns / trims sources in Bangladesh, China, Korea and India. We give GSP facility for all local fabric. Concerned fabric mill can do all types of necessary test in ITS or any other lab (suggested by buyer).

-         There are merchandising teams to keep proper follow-up of price quotation, sample approval, labdips/colour approval, trims approval, etc…. There are total 6 merchandisers in the company to do merchandising job smoothly.

-         Also company has the dedicated commercial personalities to handle the L/C and export documentation without having any mistake to avoid unexpected delay to get release the consignment from final destination.

-         We are use to follow the children safety regulation for all children product properly. Like we pass all the children garments through needle detector and all buttons, rivets, any types of bow, stopper has to stand up to 90 Newton. We do the zipper test (like twist test, lateral strength test, reciprocating test etc…) also. We can extend the test requirements as per buyer’s requirement.

Code of conduct policy:

-         All of our factories follow the labor law (given by government) in every step. Please see few example as follows:

-         Age for all the workers must be as per country rules.

-         Monthly salary, bonus and others remunerations are as per Country rules.

-         Medical leave, Annual leave, Maternity leave and others leave are as per country rules.  

Chemical  & environment restrictions policy:

We are well aware about the Chemical & environment restrictions in Europe. All of our fabric mill and Trims manufacturer also well updated regarding the latest regulation. All the fabric bought by our company is AZO free and met PH requirement. All the fabric also passed by flammability test, staining test, Pile loss test (for cord fabric), dry and wet rubbing test. All types of screen print and plastic items are also PVC free. All metal items we buy from trims manufacturer are nickel free.  

Compensation:

Company assures customers to supply goods as per the requirement by following time of delivery. But if there are any problem or any discrepancies then company must compensate it by negotiating with customer. We are happy to declare that we didn’t get any major complain on quality of our product from any customers till now.
